Forty years experience of boating qualifies David as an expert on all craft, in particular of a Nordic origin. Hands-on motorboating since the age of 6, including many years of powerboat racing means he is Chief Test Pilot as well as everything else besides! It is his job to know every inch of every boat supplied.

David’s son injects new technology into the IT department as well as being responsible for all website, advertising and promotional matters. Although being the youngest team member, Guy has grown up with all things Wessex so he has an extensive knowledge of all the boats and adds young and vibrant thinking to our traditional values.

Caroline Fowler - Accounts & Admin
David’s sister is in charge of all administration and accounting duties, and always has to tidy up after everyone else! Her responsibilities also include all foreign exchange transactions as well as assisting with any other jobs including the sourcing of spare parts. Knows plenty about the boats too!

Paul is a much prized and crucial member of the team. The best shipwrighting skills combine with an incredible knowledge spanning from electronics to GRP means there is nothing that fazes him. The best “fixer” in the marine trade and an eye for detail that compliments every boat that Wessex supplies. You name it...Paul will do it!
